Return policy.

 

Thank you for your purchase from my studio. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I do my absolute best to ensure that your artwork arrives promptly and in pristine condition, but I also know that once artwork is dropped off, I have no control over how, and if, it arrives safely to you. That is why all original artwork is insured on your behalf.  

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for most purchases.

Damaged Print: If your print is damaged in transit you may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. Please contact us as soon as possible after the package has been delivered with documentation. A replacement print will be provided upon proof of claim submission. Shipping will be covered by the customer.

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If the tracking number that was provided to you has been updated to “delivered” but is not in your mailbox or on your doorstep, double check that the address you provided is correct. If the address is correct, please contact us as soon as you’re aware that the package has not arrived by the anticipated date. You may be asked to contact the shipping service to obtain more information or file a claim. A replacement print will be provided upon proof of claim submission. Shipping will be covered by the customer.
